Our company is located in Campania at the door of the Amalfi Coast. we create handerafted products by transforming fruit grown with natural methods and cycles by expert farmes. Our products are 100% natural and italian , we do not use neither pectin nor preservatives. Jams and preserves are EXTRA ,the contain more tham 75%fruit (some flavors even 100 % fruit).
Sapurè derives from the story of a family from southern Italy who cultivated two passions over generations: land and cooking.
Me and my sister Titti, both graduated in economics, have made a couragious choice when creating our small company where we can express our common passion for nature and healthy food. Our family’s experience in preparing conserved food.
We have studied, we have travelled and in the very end we’ve returned to our land, a territory full of contrasts and contradictions and countless problems but of excellent farming knowledge and traditions.
We’ve started from our huge family villa in the countryside southeast of Naples where every spring the fragrance of orange blossom from the orange groves invades streets and alleys, this is where our memories live.
Sunday lunch with grandparents, uncles, aunts, we were ten at the table, Grandma Maria’s tomato sauce made of our own tomatoes, was a sacred ritual.
